100% renewable
From the very beginning, we chose to adopt 100% renewable, ethical and sustainable energy from the first energy cooperative in Italy.
This cooperative produces and supplies energy through a participatory model involving about 16,000 members. We are part of a community committed to reducing our ecological footprint, lowering our consumption, and actively contributing to the energy transition.
We are also committed to using renewable energy sources (photovoltaic outdoor lights, solar thermal panels) and using LED lighting and low energy.

For our banking activities, we relied on Banca Popolare Etica. We share its values of equity, transparency, environmental sustainability and human rights, aware of the critical role that financial choices play in promoting positive change, locally and globally.

Regarding insurance services, particularly those related to the property and the residents of the facility, we turned to the Ethical Solidarity Insurance Consortium, an agency dedicated to the Third Sector, offering insurance products with a strong commitment to reliability, transparency and solidarity.
