Ca’Co Coliving enters the “Voices from the Territory” review of ASviS – Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development – as one of the most interesting projects in the Italian panorama of inland areas.

In the story, ASviS highlights the value of a model that dialogues with global dynamics-such as remote work and the mobility of professionals-translating them into a concrete proposal for small towns.

In Pennabilli, Ca’Co combines coliving, coworking and community building, offering people from different backgrounds the chance to live and work in a shared environment, immersed in an authentic territory. An approach that goes beyond the idea of temporary hospitality, to build experiences of living and collaboration.

The article also highlights the impact generated by the project, which has already welcomed Italian and international colivers, activating new local connections and opportunities. A sign of how inland areas can become attractive spaces for a new generation of workers and creatives.

The mention by ASviS represents a significant recognition for Ca’Co Coliving, which is positioned as a replicable model capable of connecting local communities and global networks, contributing to the regeneration of territories through new forms of living and working.
